1. Bring Your Artwork
Bring your design files (300-600 DPI PNG recommended) and our booth engineers will run them live on the demo line. Higher resolution means cleaner gradients and sharper text on dark garments. Note: visitors who bring print-ready files get same-day sample prints to take home.
2. Live Garment Loading
Watch operators load garments onto the platens in seconds. Bring your own fabric samples — cotton, blends, canvas — and we test them on the spot. Tight platen grip prevents shifting during the pre-treatment pass.
3. Screen Pre-treatment Demo
The automated squeegee sweeps pre-treatment liquid across the garment in one even pass — no manual spraying, no mess. See how consistent coating translates to ink adhesion and color vibrancy on dark fabrics.
4. Flash Curing in Seconds
The flash cure station dries pre-treatment in seconds, keeping the demo line flowing. Under-dried pre-treatment causes ink bleed — see the correct cure window with your own eyes.
5. DTG Inkjet Printing
Epson i3200 heads lay down CMYKROGB+W pigment ink at 1200 DPI. The pre-treated surface lets ink sit on top for maximum vibrancy. Ask about throughput: 4-head vs 8-head configurations for your production volume.
6. Take Your Samples Home
Final curing bonds ink to fabric for wash durability. Every visitor who brings fabric walks away with cured test prints. AATCC 61-2A wash durability standards demonstrated for color-critical production runs.
